I started by examining the selling prices of similar cars. The first car, a 2014 Porsche Cayenne Platinum Edition 3.6L V6 with 176500 km, sold for AED 38500 on 2024-05-17. The second car, a 2014 Porsche Cayenne 3.6L V6 with 177000 km, sold for AED 59000 on 2024-06-18. Both cars are similar in condition and mileage to the target car. Next, I looked at offers accepted by sellers. A 2014 Porsche Cayenne 3.6L V6 with 185500 km had an accepted offer of AED 55000 on 2024-01-04, and another with 225396 km had an accepted offer of AED 44000 on 2024-04-06. These offers suggest a market range. I also considered listed prices, where a similar car with 185500 km was listed for AED 60000 but delisted on 2024-01-16, indicating it might have sold for less. Another similar car with 177000 km was listed for AED 59000 and delisted on 2024-06-19. Based on these data points, I estimated the market price by considering the most recent selling prices and accepted offers, giving more weight to the actual selling prices.
