I started by examining the selling prices of similar cars. The most relevant data points are the selling prices of 2021 Nissan X-Trail S 2.5L i4 with similar variants and conditions. These cars sold for AED 80000, AED 79000, and AED 85000, with mileages of 20800 km, 25600 km, and 40000 km respectively. The car in question has a higher mileage of 67754 km, which suggests a lower price due to higher wear and tear. I also considered the dealer-sold prices for similar cars with mileages of 90312 km, 70513 km, 46644 km, and 76922 km, which sold for AED 65445.75, AED 76495.75, AED 80741.5, and AED 72241.5 respectively. The car with the closest mileage to the target car (70513 km) sold for AED 76495.75. Considering the average condition of the target car, I adjusted the price slightly lower than the dealer-sold car with similar mileage. The accepted offer for a higher variant (SV) with 53000 km was AED 78000, which also supports a lower price for the base variant with higher mileage. Based on these data points, I estimated the market price.
