  1. Warranties are offered by "Hulool" Solutions، A third party in contract with CarSwitch for offering car warranties. CarSwitch in no case is liable for mechanical malfunctions after the car is sold
  2. In case of future claims related to the warranty, CarSwitch is in no way involved in the process of claims management and is not liable for any decisions made by the 3rd party offering the warranty that is related to the approval or rejection of the claim
  3. The warranties are subject to the terms and conditions of the 3rd party offering the service.
  4. Not all cars on CarSwitch come with a warranty. In some cases, extra checks might be done after a deposit is paid on a car. CarSwitch or Hulool might then choose to revoke the warranty for the car.
  5. The condition of the car must be confirmed from faults at the time of issuance of the warranty, by using it for a week and a thousand kilometers from the date of issuance of the warranty.
  6. The customer is committed to periodic maintenance every five thousand kilometers or every three months, whichever is earlier, or ten thousand kilometers, or six months, whichever is earlier.
  7. Not to carry out any repairs before the company’s approval of the parts covered by the warranty, and the customer is not entitled to claim the value of the repair except after obtaining prior approval.
  8. The customer is not entitled to claim any repairs resulting from an accident or collision.
  9. The vehicle must be sold by the authorized dealer and must be used for private purposes only (taxis/limousines and cars used for commercial purpose are not eligible for the coverage).
  10. Territorial Limits: GCC Countries
  11. The program covers parts replacement or repair wherever necessary. The warranty does not cover time or damage to personal properties, loss of revenues or other damages resulting there from.
