I started by looking at the selling prices of similar cars. The first car, with 87500 km and in average condition, sold for AED 35000 in January 2024. The second car, with 104500 km and in good condition, sold for AED 29000 in July 2023. Given the target car's mileage of 94500 km and average condition, it should be priced between these two. Next, I considered the offer accepted by a seller for a similar car with 72000 km at AED 29000 in September 2023. This suggests a lower bound for the price. I also reviewed listed prices: a car with 91500 km was listed for AED 35000 in July 2024, and another with 87500 km was listed for AED 36000 in February 2024. These listings are higher than actual selling prices, so they provide an upper bound. Considering all these data points, I estimated the market price to be slightly lower than the highest selling price due to the average condition and higher mileage compared to the first sold car.
