This is the cheap end of the market and the numbers show it: our UAE listings run from AED 16600 for a car from the middle of the last decade to AED 37500 for a recent one. Within that, size decides more than trim — a small petrol crossover at the bottom, the larger ones at the top. The line-up has moved upward over the past few model years, bigger crossovers replacing the plain small cars JAC first sold here.
