Used Tesla Cars for Sale in UAE

A used Tesla is the cheapest route into a car that costs almost nothing to run in the UAE. Charging is the first question: if you can plug in where you park it is a non-issue, and if not, the network across Dubai and Abu Dhabi is established enough to live with. Both the Model 3 and Model Y were facelifted recently, so a late car has a different cabin. We have 21 listed.

Frequently asked questions

Asking prices run from AED 50500 for an early car to AED 450000 for a current-year one, and the closed sales are the honest way to compare models. Among 2022 cars a Model 3 went for AED 88,000 and a Model Y for AED 93,000; among 2024 cars a Model 3 made AED 116,000 and a Model Y AED 129,000. The Model Y asks a little more in the same year, which is why most families take it.

Weakly, which is the used buyer's advantage: Teslas average about 38% of their value after five years across the models we can measure — a three-year-old car has already taken the loss.

A BMW or Mercedes holds more of its money and has a dealer on every ring road. Tesla answers with fuel and servicing bills that barely register.

Mechanically they are the strongest thing we inspect: across 653 Teslas examined in the UAE, at a median of 60,000 km, 1% had a fault in the drivetrain, suspension or steering, where 8% is the rate for cars of the same age and mileage here. Electrical faults ran at 4% against 7% for that group, staining at 10% against 16%. The risk replacing all that is battery condition — ask what range the car charges to now.

The Model 3 is the sensible one and cheapest to insure. The Model Y is the same car with a boot and a higher seat. The Model X brings seven seats; the Model S is the long-distance saloon.
