Used MG 6 for Sale in UAE

In the UAE the MG 6 is an earlier-generation sedan, all of our stock dating to 2019, sold now as a budget alternative to the Japanese and Korean mid-size regulars.

How much does a used MG 6 cost in the UAE?

AED 18,500 to AED 18,500 — both from the 2019 model year, trim and condition explaining the gap — well under a comparable Nissan Altima or Honda Accord at the same age.

Which used MG 6 year should you buy?

Our whole range is 2019 cars, so there is no year comparison to make — the decision comes down entirely to the individual car's history and condition.

Is a used MG 6 reliable?

The one figure that stands out is body: evidence of prior body or panel repair shows up on 91% of MG 6s we inspect, against the 58% we would expect for mid-size sedans of this age and mileage here. That is high even by the standards of a well-used sedan segment, and it makes the inspection report essential reading rather than optional on this nameplate. A Hyundai Sonata at dearer money runs an even wider gap, 97% against the 69% we would expect for the same class of sedan, so this is a pattern across the class and not unique to MG.

MG 6 or Nissan Altima?

The Nissan Altima costs more and still shows prior body repair on 82% of cars against the 68% we would expect for sedans of this age, better than the MG but not clean. The Volkswagen Passat sits at similar money and carries more interior staining, 58% against 42%. None of the three comes with a spotless history at this price point — the individual inspection is what separates a fair buy from a bad one.

What should you check on the car in front of you?

  • Body and panel history — repaint, filler and alignment across every panel.
  • Chassis and frame for signs of prior accident repair.
  • Full mechanical inspection before agreeing a price.
  • Interior condition against the mileage claimed.
  • Service records to confirm consistent maintenance.
