To estimate the price of the 2012 BMW Z4 sDrive35is, I first considered the offers accepted by sellers for similar models. A 2010 BMW Z4 sDrive35i with higher mileage (221800 km) had an accepted offer of AED 28000, and a 2011 model with even higher mileage (232000 km) had an accepted offer of AED 25000. These cars are older and have more mileage than the target car, suggesting a higher value for the 2012 model. Next, I looked at listed prices: a 2010 Z4 sDrive 30i with 171000 km is listed for AED 31000, and a 2014 Z4 with much lower mileage (70000 km) is listed for AED 65000. The target car, being a 2012 model with 156000 km, is newer and has less mileage than the 2010 models but more than the 2014 model. Considering the accepted offers and listed prices, the 2012 model should be valued higher than the 2010 models but lower than the 2014 model. Therefore, I estimated the market price to be slightly above the highest accepted offer for the older models, taking into account the average condition and mileage.
