Located in Al Barsha near the Dubai Police General Department of Traffic, the new four-levels facility occupies an area of 55,000 square meters. To put it into perspective, that’s roughly the size of five football fields! The complex houses a new Maserati and Ferrari service center, a training academy for staff, and exclusive pre-owned car showrooms for Lincoln, Ford, Maserati, Jaguar and Land Rover.
A Litany of Firsts
What sets this multi-purpose facility apart, you might be wondering? Well, first up, it marks the introduction of Ford approved and Lincoln certified programs in the country. Moreover, it is home to the first dedicated Maserati used cars showroom in the Middle East. Another first for this facility is its featuring of a global ARCH retail standard, Land Rover, and Jaguar approved cars showroom in the GCC region which showcases an expanded line-up of cars for these two brands. That’s a lot of firsts to its credit, don’t you agree?.
First Eco-Friendly Car Showroom
This is also the first automotive facility in the UAE to feature its own solar power generation system capable of producing 660 kilowatts of electricity. Surplus electricity will be supplied into the DEWA grid. Also, to minimize the carbon footprint of the facility, several environment-friendly technologies have been utilized for air conditioning, lighting, water systems, and car wash.
According to the CEO of Al Tayer Motors, Ashok Khanna, the main highlight of the facility is the used cars showrooms where all the vehicles have gone through thorough inspection and certification, and come with a service and warranty package. More than 2500 vehicles across the five brands are on offer at the gigantic complex!
