The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has added new features to the Dubai Drive App. Using this app, people learning to drive new and used cars in Dubai can now schedule driving tests and give feedback regarding their learning experience. The RTA tweeted this announcement on Sunday morning.
With the most recent upgrade of this flagship app, the RTA has launched a number of services for those who are learning to drive. Earlier this year, the RTA also added five salik services to the Dubai Drive App.
As per the tweet, the Dubai Drive App now allows users to schedule their tests through a simple process: confirm information, add your personal information, book, and then confirm the booking.
The What’s New section of the app mentions that those who are learning to drive can also access details of their test schedules and permit as well as the status of their journey.
You can even give feedback to the instructor at every stage during the process. Additionally, you can provide feedback on the overall learning experience for the institute.
The RTA’s website has been offering online driving test bookings since 2012. Now the service can be availed through the RTA’s main app as well. Driving test appointments can even be scheduled through the Ministry of Interior’s app (MOI-UAE).
