Okuyama’s Kode57 is a 702 horse-powered, V-12 open cockpit supercar designed in a strange scissorhands fashion. It was created by Ken Kiyoyuki Okuyama who was also responsible for putting out masterpieces such as the Ferrari Enzo and the Maserati Birdcage. With a reduced curb mass of 1450 kg, it shares certain design cues with the Enzo such as the aerodynamic doors positioned at the back of the cockpit and the “Edward Scissorhands” dihedral doors!
- Porsche Mission E-compact
While it was considered absurd to even think about electric vehicles a few decades ago, the concept is now embraced warmly even in the most conservative of circles. Porsche teased the mission E at the 2015 Frankfurt motor show. While the model is still under construction, the test mule already confirms that it is going to be a looker with a futuristic, elegant interior. The drivetrain promises a 0-60 mph sprint in 3.5 secs and the maximum range is said to be 310 miles per charge! Pretty sweet! The McLaren team is taking supercar production to another level with the MSO 570GT. Let’s talk about the mysterious interior shall we? The entire car is bathed in carbon black paint and fitted with a titanium sports exhaust. The car is said to be a true collectible from the Mclaren’s MSO division that offers an extra dose of distinctiveness, driving thrills and of course comfort that makes for a breathtaking driving experience!
