**Update:** I'm happy that CarSwitch took action quickly, investigated, and offered me a solution to relist my car. However, I'm not sure I fully agree with their suggestion to drop the price further just to sell. My car is less than 5 years old and still under warranty , has top specs and low mileage (55,000 km), and has always been serviced at the brand's authorized service center. A car in this condition deserves a fair-value sale, not a sale at any price, since I could do that without their platform. Overall, I'm glad they took action, and I'll think again about the price they suggested. Customer service is always very important. First impressions are lasting impressions, and transparency matters. I'd recommend that they clearly explain things like the validity of the contract and how the platform works whenever people ask. I believe that with these improvements, CarSwitch will be a better platform. —————————————————— Original Review **Disappointing and not transparent: my car was delisted after months** I'm very unhappy with CastSwitch's service. Here's what happened: **1. Unrealistic promises.** I was told my car would sell within 2 to 4 weeks. It has now been months. During that time, the price was cut by 15–20% repeatedly, well below what I originally hoped for. **2. Hidden obligations.** When I asked for details, I was told everything is in the contract. But I was asked to pay before the inspection, which was before I received the contract. I couldn't have read terms I hadn't been given. Key information, like the contract's expiry, should have been explained upfront. **3. Careless listing.** I'm the first owner, but the ad said second owner. There were multiple mistakes in the details, and I had to check and correct them myself. It felt like the person handling my ad didn't care. **4. Delisted without recourse.** When I finally agreed a sale, the buyer's bank loan wasn't approved, so the sale fell through. Soon after, I found my car had been delisted because the contract had "expired." I called to give feedback and asked for an exception, since the delay wasn't my fault: I wasn't informed about the validity period, the time frame and pricing weren't as promised, and the buyer's financing failed. I've submitted my feedback and I'm waiting to see whether management responds. I'll update this review depending on the outcome.
