There are all kinds of cars on display at auto shows and we certainly wish to see them as cars for sale in Abu Dhabi. The recent 2019 New York Motor Show showcased many cars from famous brands. From electric cars to concept cars, all of them were mesmerizing but some were just breathtaking. CarSwitch.com lists some of the best cars at the 2019 New York Auto Show.
1. Hyundai Sonata
2020 Hyundai Sonata gets a completely new design with more aggressive looks than ever before. Making a striking statement, it has been revised inside out. With an excellent combination of sassy technology and gorgeous looks, it is proof that sedans don’t necessarily have to be boring.
2. Cadillac CT5
Cadillac hasn’t given up hope on sedan yet as well and it shows from it new Cadillac CT5. The new CT5 looks bolder with a wider front and sharp lines on the side and the hood. Powered by a 2.0L turbo 4 engine, it churns out 275 hp and 295 lb-ft torque. Moreover, this Cadillac gets a tech upgrade with Super Cruise semi-autonomous driving system.
3. Genesis Mint Concept
Amidst of flashy, powerful and bold looking ride, Genesis Mint Concept looks like a minimalist. With sleek exterior and all-electric drive-train, it is a luxury ride for city commuters. It is as futuristic on the inside as it is on the outside. It has a bench for two with doors opening upwards. Though, it might be a tad bit ‘too futuristic’ which is why it might not go into production.
4. Porsche 911 Speedster
Any Porsche 911 gets a warm welcome at Auto Shows by sports car fans so did this Porsche 911 limited-edition Speedster. Taking inspiration from the GT3, it wraps a 4.0L flat-six engine under the hood. Cranking out 502 hp and being a top favorite, it of course had to be on this list. Also, if you opt for the optional Heritage Design Package and you can customize it with a gumball number and gold badges. Isn’t that cool?
5. Volkswagen I.D. Buggy Concept
This concept car is already listed as one of the most awaited cars in 2020. Of course, it’s a hit at the Auto Show as well. This cool looking buggy packs a 62 kWh battery with 201 hp. Demonstrating the company’s new MEB electric car platform, it will be a fun ride especially for electric car lovers. Its unique design will definitely have a following of its own.
6. Lincoln Corsair
Corsair is here to take the place of Lincoln MKC and we have to say, it looks fantastic! Corsair borrows stylish elements from Lincoln Navigator and adds luxury to the mix making it irresistible. Lincoln also plans to launch Corsair with a plug-in hybrid and a pure electric power-train.
7. Mercedes GLS-class
The Mercedes GLS-class borrows styling cues from GLE-class but looks Bigger, bolder and better. Keeping its game strong, it combines space, luxury and top notch tech. It packs the latest MBUX infotainment system inside its luxurious cabin. This 7-seater also gets an EQ Boost 48-volt mild hybrid setup with a V8 engine. Also, It cranks out 428 hp and 516 lb-ft torque.
8. Jaguar I-Pace EV
The Jaguar I-pace is an all-electric SUV that packs a 90kWh battery which has a range of 292 miles. Completing a 0-62 mph in 4.5 seconds, it sure has some impressive numbers. Also, it looks absolutely breathtaking! This fantastic all-electric vehicle was able to bag the award for 2019 World Car of the Year at this year’s New York Auto Show.
Now that this has been sorted, we know what to expect from almost every car for sale in Abu Dhabi in the coming years. It certainly is going to be fun and extremely modern. As we already said, the future is here!
