Cadillac has made its place in the hearts of luxury car buyers with its new and used cars Dubai. Caddy fans will be happy to know that it revealed two new cars recently: Cadillac CT4-V and Cadillac CT5-V. These fastback sedans will add spice to the range by offering more diversity in the V-series lineup.
Unveiled for the first time, the CT4-V and CT5-V combine athletic performance, sophistication and modern technology. Not long ago, Cadillac replaced CTS with CT5 and now has gone further to add these two in its V-series lineup.
Both these sports sedans are based on Cadillac’s Alpha Platform and share similar aesthetics. The front fascia get for these two has a familiar mesh grille along with sleek headlamps. The CT5-V gets a unique rear spoiler which gives more power to the rear tires.
The CT4-V is powered by a 2.7L turbocharged V4 engine which has a high output of 320hp and 369lb-ft torque. On the other hand, CT5-V gets a more punchy 3.0L twin-turbo V6 which cranks out 355 hp and 400 lb-ft of torque. Both are mated with a 10-speed automatic transmission with standard rear-wheel-drive as well as optional 4WD.
Also, these sports sedan get the Magnetic Ride control 4.0 which is the latest advancement is smart damping system. As a result, it will have a quick damping response along with better motion sensing resolution.
Both these luxury sedans will also have the super cruise feature which was previously offered in CT6 only. It allows drivers to leave the steering wheel once the ride is stable on the highway and is the closest technology to self-driving car so far.
Along with this, both of them get up-to-date safety features as well and smart tech options. Cadillac which has always been synonymous with luxury is adding smart and fresh tech to its new cars. It seems to be a step in the right direction as consumers are becoming increasingly tech-savvy. Although, this new approach is good but compromising on luxury is not an option for this automaker.
These two new rides will launch early next year although pricing and release dates are not yet available. Though, these cars totally seem worth the wait.
