The official distributor for Toyota, Al-Futtaim Toyota has opened a new 3S facility (sales, spare parts and service) on Al-Wahda Street in Sharjah. The company wanted to make sure that they sell any car that they have with a customer-centric approach, so they shifted from the Sharjah industrial area to the Al-Wahda facility.
Saud Abbasi, Managing Director of Al-Futtaim Toyota, said, “At Toyota, our focus is on transforming our sales journey in order to implement faster processes which ultimately increases customer happiness”. He also added that their vision is to evolve and provide their customers with premium services so that they can continue with the satisfaction that comes with being a Toyota owner.
The bigger and better 3S facility in Sharjah, Al-Wahda that consists of a service centre, a spare parts facility and showroom also offers registration services and pre-owned cars. The Al-Wahda street facility is up and running from 7 am to 6 pm from Sunday to Thursday and 8 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
