Jaguar has unveiled its 2021 F-type sports car with a revamped look and it looks awesome. With its price being revealed next week, we can’t wait for it to be available as a car for sale in Dubai. Just when we’ve witnessed some of the best reveals at the LA Motor show, Jaguar has uncovered its revamped 2021 Jaguar F-type. It looks more aggressive than ever with its low, pointed nose. This two-seater sports a larger gille, a more sculpted hood and super slim LED headlights. The rear has more angular, slim LED tail lamps with signature daytime running lights.
The engines remain pretty much the same for the 2021 model. It comes with a base engine of 2.0L turbo 4-cylinder with an output of 296 hp. The next best option is a supercharged V6 which pushes out 380 hp. However, if you’re looking for something more powerful, the R trim now comes with a supercharged V8 which churns out 575 hp with 516 lb-ft torque. All of these powertrains are paired with an 8-speed quick shift automatic transmission, but it’s one of those cars that you might prefer with a manual transmission. Another option is 450 hp V8 which is available with either a rear-wheel drive or an all-wheel-drive. With the 575hp V8 engine, it goes from 0-60mph in a matter of 3.5 seconds and tops off at 186mph. Both V8 options also come with a quiet start function.
On the inside, the traditional analog gauges have been replaced by a digital instrument cluster. It now it has a 12.3 inch reconfigurable display. It comes with Apple CarPLay and Android Auto. It also features a over-the-air software update for the drivers convenience. The upgraded interior uses top notch materials like Windsor Leather and satin-finish Noble Chrome. The seats and doors are finished beautifully with monogram stitch patterns. Headrests have Jaguar Leper motifs and the central console has ‘Jaguar Est. 1935’ markings.
To enhance its agility and responsiveness, it comes with new adaptive dampers, anti-roll bars and stiffer knuckles and ball joints. Better power and performance come from an improved chassis.
