The S450 is the mild-hybrid six-cylinder badge on Mercedes' flagship saloon, introduced on the W222 generation's 2018 facelift in place of the S400 and carried over onto the current W223 generation launched in 2020. Both use a turbocharged straight-six with an electric boost system rather than a V8.
