As you can\u2019t simply transfer it to the buyer without paying off your loan, it can be a tricky situation. Until you have settled your debt in full, the financed car remains under bank mortgage and the bank still has ownership of the car. CarSwitch.com guide you on how you can sell your financed car in the UAE. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Let\u2019s suppose, you need to urgently <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/carswitch.com\/abudhabi\/used-car\/sell-your-car\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sell your car<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> but don\u2019t have the money to settle the loan. You can either:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Find a buyer who is willing to clear your loan. In this case, you will need to provide a guarantee to the buyer to ensure that the transfer of ownership of the vehicle will be done once the payment is made. You can get these documents from either a notary public or registered provider of \u201cSeller\u2019s agreement\u201d. As some banks might not allow this, it\u2019s better to have prior information.
