Today at CarSwitch, we\u2019ll have a look at the 2022 KIA Stinger and how it copes with its rivals. If you want to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ksa.carswitch.com\/en\/saudi\/used-cars\/search?keyword=Kia\">buy used KIA in KSA<\/a><\/strong> visit <strong>CarSwitch<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Engine Upgrade:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The biggest upgrade Stinger gets is the engine one, they have replaced the 255hp 2.0 liter and 260 lb-ft torque 4-cylinder with the powerful 2.5 liter 4-cylinder, which gives 300 hp, 311 lb-ft torque. It had limited the customers somewhat because the engine wasn\u2019t powerful enough for a sporty rear-wheel-drive sedan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 3.3L twin-turbocharged V6 engine continues to be offered with a bump of 3 in Power, now at 368 hp @6,000 rpm, 376 lb-ft @1300 rpm. As per the official statement, a 3.3 Litre engine goes from 0 to 60 mph in 4.7 seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The fuel economy with the upgraded version is estimated at 22 mpg in the city with the rear-drive and with all-wheel drive, it is around 21 mpg. On highways, it is estimated at 32 with rear-drive and 29 with all-wheel drive and 25 mpg combined with the rear-drive while it is 24 mpg with all-wheel drive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The V6 engine gives 18 mpg in the city, 25 mpg on the highway, and 20 mpg combined in the rear-drive model. While in the all-wheel-drive it gives 17\/24\/20 mpg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Design Upgrade:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Stinger\u2019s low and long shape is still eye-catching, style is unique and rare in this price bracket. It has received a lot of styling upgrades, including the new beautiful wheel designs that make you stare for a while! It has also got new exterior lighting elements, new bar-style taillights, relatively larger exhaust tips, and of course the new Kia\u2019s badge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the inside, it has got upgrades, including new material throughout, a larger optional 10.25-inch infotainment display, new metallic trim pieces, and adjustable ambient lighting. Yes, it doesn\u2019t quite match the interior quality that Audi A4 or BMW 3-series provide, but Stinger is significantly less expensive and its rear is comfortable than any other in its class. It provides a lot of cargo space, maybe a little less by rivals but by a very small margin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Acceleration:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2.5 liter goes from 0-60 mph in 5.2 seconds, while the 3.3-liter engine gets to it in 4.7 seconds. The tests carried out so far show it takes a bit longer but the difference isn\u2019t much. Some of the tests claim it goes to 100 mph in just 11.5 seconds and takes around half a minute to get to 150 mph. The 2022 Kia is equipped with the Kia Drive Wise, which includes the following standard safety features:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Adaptive cruise control:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The car can keep a predetermined distance from the preceding vehicle, meaning it can adjust its speed accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Surround View Mirror:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Four wide-angle cameras mounted in the wing mirrors at the front and rear of the vehicle show the space around the car in tight spaces especially, when parking. All of the views are available on the vehicle\u2019s interior control panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Blind Spot Mirror:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Bind Spot Mirrors are usually small but they do their job just fine, with the help of Blind Spot Mirrors you can see the blind areas to your Kia Stinger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It helps you avoid collisions, if the distance between and the preceding vehicle is diminishing, it will alert you through audio and visual warnings, it might even apply brakes if you fail to respond to the warnings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Low Beam Assist:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The lights move with the steering to help the driver have a clear view of the path ahead.
