It is also most likely that the omission of forced induction is an intentional move to omit room at the top for the four-cylinder Supra. Still, with the powerful engine, the new Toyota GR 86 shaves off an amazing 1.1 seconds from the 0 to 100 kph time, which now gets covered in as many as 6.3 seconds.
