However, the more hardcore M5 CS is upping the game in a true sense with even more efficiency and less bulk to carry around. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lighter, Faster, Stronger<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As far as the formula for all BMW CS cars is concerned, it starts with a diet. To amaze the driver at the very instant, the 2022 BMW M5 CS is 104 kg lighter as compared to the regular model; credit goes to the excessive use of carbon-fibre reinforced plastic used for the bonnet, front splitter, rear spoiler, mirror caps, engine cover, and rear diffuser. In addition, there is also a fixed armrest up front that replaces the opening type while saving some pounds meanwhile. Besides, a 12.3-inch touchscreen system handles the infotainment duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Highly efficient engine to give the ultimate speed&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The next main area of improvement is its engine bay where the 2022 M5 CS houses the strongest M engine of its kind. The twin-turbo 4.4-litre V8 is fettled with to churn out 626 hp. This is then efficiently handled by an eight-speed gearbox and the xDrive all-wheel-drive system with a rearward bias. With all these improvements, the 2022 M5 CS can rush from 0 to 100 kph in merely a smidgen over 3 seconds. Besides, the special 20-inch wheels finished in gold are shod with sticky Pirelli P Zero Corsa tyres for optimum grip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As far as the price is concerned, the 2022 BMW M5 CS will be offered only for one year as a limited edition model.
