It is built on a brand new and exclusive platform. Its body is made using bonded aluminum construction method and it weighs 2,245kg.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apart from being the first Aston Martin sports utility vehicle, it is also the first 5-seater ever made by the company. The sports cars developed by this brand usually have two seats in the front.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carrying a 4.0L twin-turbocharged V8 powerhouse like Vantage and DB11, it pushes out 550 hp and 700 Nm of torque, which allows it to go from 0-100kph in 4.5 seconds. It tops off at 291 kph and employs an all-wheel-drive (AWD) system with active differentials. It is paired with a 9-speed auto torque convertor gearbox. Aston Martin has made a number of adjustments to make it suitable for different roads and weather conditions. These adjustments include an electric anti-roll bar, tuned suspension and electronic adaptive dampers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aston Martin claims that the DBX offers class-leading headroom and legroom. It also looks more spacious inside due to the panoramic glass roof and frameless glass doors. Its cabin has been trimmed with metal, wood and glass and the roof headlining and blinds are available in Alcantara as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aston Martin is offering a unique 1913 package to its first 500 customers which adds exclusivity by its inscription plaque, sill plaques and unique fender badges.
