UAE Ministry of Interior has warned motorists to not exceed the permitted load and height limit when stacking luggage on the roof of their car.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Residents as well as tourists can be seen travelling to different vacation destinations with bags mounted on the roofs of their cars in the UAE. Now, as part of the summer campaign by UAE Ministry of Interior, travellers have been warned not to stack their luggage higher than 60 cm. The permitted load depends on the type of the vehicle and the automaker determines it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This campaign was initiated in July under the slogan <em>\u201cTowards a Safe Summer on the Roads\u201d<\/em>. It\u2019s aligned with the traffic sector\u2019s aim to attain the highest levels of safety and will go on till the end of the summer holidays in the UAE.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It also urges drivers to <a href=\"http:\/\/65.1.85.58\/newsroom\/ways-maintain-car-tires-abu-dhabi\/\">maintain car tires<\/a> as well as check brakes and engine cooling systems.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, police in Abu Dhabi has also emphasized that driving in the heat with tires that are not fit can be dangerous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your <a href=\"https:\/\/carswitch.com\/dubai\/used-cars\/search\">used car Dubai<\/a> is not fit to travel long distances, then you should consider buying a new or well-maintained used car through <a href=\"https:\/\/carswitch.com\/\">CarSwitch.com<\/a>.
