The fact that this model has seven motors has caught the eye of many auto experts and critics. The previous Mach-E GT came with two motors and even those at the time were considered unconventional. Three of the motors are installed in the front differential of the car and the rest of them are installed to the rear. They are attached to the rear through a single driveshaft that has efficiently connected the motors to the differentials. The chassis of the prototype as well as the powertrain are incorporated in a way that allows the car to be able to explore different layouts with varying degrees of energy consumption and performance.
