The much-awaited SUV by Aston Martin has been revealed. DBX is the first-ever SUV made in the history of the British car company. It tops off at 291 kph and employs an all-wheel-drive (AWD) system with active differentials. It is paired with a 9-speed auto torque convertor gearbox. Aston Martin has made a number of adjustments to make it suitable for different roads and weather conditions. These adjustments include an electric anti-roll bar, tuned suspension and electronic adaptive dampers.
Aston Martin claims that the DBX offers class-leading headroom and legroom. It also looks more spacious inside due to the panoramic glass roof and frameless glass doors. It offers adequate space for passengers in the front and rear.
The interior carries all the Aston Martin luxury essentials which include full grain leather by Bridge of Weir and real wood finish. Its cabin has been trimmed with metal, wood and glass and the roof headlining and blinds are available in Alcantara as well.
Aston Martin is offering a unique 1913 package to its first 500 customers which adds exclusivity by its inscription plaque, sill plaques and unique fender badges. In addition, the CEO Anday Palmer will inspect each unit.
