I started by looking at the selling prices of similar cars. The first car, sold on 2024-06-03, had a selling price of AED 122000 with a mileage of 26000 km and in good condition. The second car, sold on 2024-08-07, had a selling price of AED 116000 with the same mileage and condition. Since the car in question has a similar mileage but is in average condition, I adjusted the price downwards. I also considered the listed prices of similar cars. One car with 27000 km was listed for AED 116000, and another with 26000 km was listed for AED 123500. Given that listed prices are generally higher than selling prices, I used these as upper bounds. The accepted offer for a different variant (AMG) was significantly higher, so it was less relevant. Based on these data points, I estimated the market price by averaging the selling prices and adjusting for the condition.
