The 1.0-litre turbo is a small engine doing real work in this heat, so oil-change intervals matter more than on a bigger engine, and gaps in the service history are the reason to walk.

The Nissan Kicks is cheaper and roomier, but 59% of them show prior body or panel repair against the 53% we would expect for small SUVs of the same age and mileage in the UAE. The ASX is the one to take if the Raize feels tight, and the Chevrolet Captiva buys more space again.
